Writers often complain that writing is hard. We get that wrong.
Dropping words on paper isn’t tough. We can all make a list or draft an email about an upcoming meeting.
The hard part is making it mean something. Choosing the right words, putting them in the right order, and trying to say the thing that actually matters. That’s the challenge.
But it’s also the part we can get better at, as long as we believe we can.
